Key dates for abstract submission and presenter confirmation
Authors are encouraged to submit early, especially if they wish to secure early bird registration rates, presentation slots, or onsite participation in Lisbon.
Early abstract deadline
31 July 2026
Final abstract deadline
31 August 2026, subject to availability.
Acceptance notification
Typically within 7–14 days after submission, with final notifications by 7 September 2026 at the latest.
Presenter registration
Accepted presenters should complete registration by 15 September 2026 to be included in the conference programme.

Accepted abstract-based contributions may be included in TheSustainImpact® Conference Proceedings Series, Volume 2, Issue 2, 2026, at no additional cost.
ISSN Record
The proceedings series is registered with ISSN 3051-7362 and published by TheSustainImpact® in Portugal.

Extended paper opportunities may be available, subject to journal scope, editorial screening, peer review, and applicable arrangements.
