Sponsorship & Partnership

Put your organisation at the heart of the conversation.

Connect your expertise with research, industry and public-sector perspectives on sustainability. Partner with TheSustainImpact® to share practical solutions, build relevant connections and support knowledge exchange.

Why partner

Give your expertise a place in the discussion.

A focused conference setting offers space to explain your work, exchange perspectives and explore where research and practice can meet.

Share practical experience

Bring a case study, implementation challenge or solution to a relevant audience, with contributions reviewed for programme fit.

Make your work visible

Build recognition through the conference website, programme and agreed communications before and after the event.

Develop connections

Meet participants across disciplines and sectors, and explore potential collaborators through conference conversations.

Support participation

Help create opportunities for knowledge exchange, emerging researchers and wider engagement with sustainability.

Current conference focus

Circular economy needs more than one sector.

Our April 2027 theme connects technology, organisational change, education and policy. Organisations can contribute across four complementary pillars.

Circular Innovation & Technology

Applied research, design, digital tools, manufacturing, construction, materials, repair and reuse.

Circular Models & Implementation

Business and service models, procurement, finance, adoption barriers and implementation experience.

People, Education & Society

Skills, learning, behaviour, organisational change, inclusion and community participation.

Policy, Governance & Collaboration

Public-sector action, regulation, partnerships and coordination across organisations and sectors.

A continuing conference series

Build on an existing community.

April 2027 is the fifth edition of TheSustainImpact® conference series. Explore the previous edition and published abstract records to assess the fit for your organisation.

Other ways to collaborate

Support an activity that fits your organisation.

These options can be discussed individually, with feasibility, recognition and scope agreed before confirmation.

Host an organised visit

Offer participants a closer look at relevant research, facilities or circular practices. Agree the format, capacity and practical arrangements with the team.

Demonstrate a solution

Discuss a small display or demonstration linked to the conference theme, subject to venue suitability and available space.

Support access and learning

Explore support for participant places, an educational contribution or knowledge-sharing activity, with recognition agreed as part of the arrangement.

Start with your objective

What would you like the partnership to achieve?

Choose a starting point to shape your enquiry. You can also discuss a combination of objectives.

Build a relevant conference presence.

Discuss website and programme recognition, partner communications and post-event highlights. We will agree the placements and timing that match your objectives.

Discuss this objective
Clear deliverables

Know what your organisation will receive.

An agreed scope makes the partnership useful to your team and straightforward to deliver.

Before the conference

Confirm your profile, logo placements, participant allocation, contribution format and communication schedule.

During the conference

Deliver the agreed participation and programme contribution. Practical arrangements are coordinated with the conference team.

After the conference

Receive links or copies of agreed visibility materials and relevant event highlights for your internal record.

Questions before you commit

Partnership essentials.

Contact us if you need a proposal tailored to your organisation.

Who can become a partner?

Universities, research centres, companies, public agencies, professional associations, community organisations and innovation networks can discuss a partnership. We assess the fit between your contribution and the conference theme.

Can we tailor a package or provide support in kind?

Yes. Tell us what you can contribute and what you hope to achieve. Hosting a visit, supporting participant access or providing a relevant service can be discussed separately from the listed packages.

Does sponsorship guarantee a speaking slot or publication?

Speaking contributions must fit the programme and follow the applicable review process. A panel place is not guaranteed. Journal submissions follow independent editorial review and any applicable journal fees.

Will we receive participant contact details?

Participant contact lists are not a package benefit. Connections can develop through event participation and introductions where both parties agree.

What should we include in our enquiry?

Please share your organisation, main objective, preferred package or contribution, intended participation mode and any budget or timing constraints. The team will use this to prepare a relevant proposal.

Let’s shape a relevant partnership.

Tell us what your organisation does and what you want to achieve. We will discuss a practical way to contribute to the conference.
