Important: Membership under these Terms is separate from any author, reviewer, or editor account on TheSustainImpact publishing platforms (such as OJS). These Terms apply only to membership, not to manuscript submission, peer review, or publication.

1. Scope of Membership

Membership provides access to benefits, discounts, and opportunities as described on our website. It is intended for individuals seeking to participate in TheSustainImpact community and events. Membership does not establish any publishing rights or obligations.

2. Duration and Renewal

  • Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of registration and payment.
  • Renewal requires a new payment at the then-current rate.
  • Membership structure, benefits, or conditions may be updated by TheSustainImpact at any time, with notice published on our website.

3. Fees and Payments

  • Membership fees are payable in advance at the rates displayed on our website.
  • All fees are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or non-use of benefits.
  • TheSustainImpact may adjust fees for future cycles at its discretion.

4. Benefits

  • Benefits available to members are as described on our website at the time of registration.
  • Benefits may be modified, replaced, or discontinued at any time without liability.
  • No guarantee is made that specific benefits will continue throughout or beyond a given membership cycle.

Membership does not guarantee acceptance of any submissions to TheSustainImpact journals, proceedings, or other publications. Peer review and editorial processes remain fully independent and operate under separate terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheSustainImpact shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from membership.
  • Any direct liability shall not exceed the amount of the membership fee paid for the current cycle.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of membership benefits after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
