Conference Registration & Payment

Welcome to the official registration page for TheSustainImpact International Conference 2026. The conference will take place in Lisbon, Portugal, from 14 to 16 April 2026 in a hybrid format, combining on-site and online participation.

Registration is handled by email so the conference team can confirm your category, author status, and scheduling needs (including time zone considerations for online presentations). After confirmation, payment instructions are provided by email.

On-site participation is limited-capacity and curated. Online participation is confirmed based on programme scheduling. Please send a registration request by email. The team will reply with confirmation and the next steps.

In your email, include: full name, affiliation, country, preferred participation mode (On-site or Online), intended pass type (Standard or Academic), and whether you are a presenting author.

Early-bird prices are valid until 31 January 2026. After this date, standard rates may apply. Registration fees are non-refundable once paid. Travel and accommodation are not included. Participants are responsible for their own visa arrangements and travel planning.


Registration categories and fees

The fee structure for the main conference is as follows:

  • On-site Standard: 588 EUR per person (limited-capacity, confirmation required)
  • On-site Academic: 338 EUR per person (limited-capacity, confirmation required)
  • Online Standard: 538 EUR per person
  • Online Academic: 288 EUR per person

The optional Signature Experience is available as an add-on for any pass. Places are limited and require availability confirmation by email.

Academic rates apply to students, PhD candidates, postdoctoral researchers, academic and research staff in higher education institutions, and staff in recognised research organisations. Proof of status may be requested.

What is included

  • On-site participation: access to all three conference days, keynotes, panels, research and industry sessions, on-site coffee breaks, networking activities, and a certificate of participation.
  • Online participation: live access to keynotes and selected panels, selected industry and research sessions, time-limited access to recordings, and an electronic certificate of participation.
  • Signature Experience: welcome fine-dining dinner, sunset gathering, sustainability discovery tour, gala dinner, and Tagus river cruise during 14 to 17 April. Accommodation is not included.

How registration works

  1. Send your registration request by email using the button above.
  2. The conference team confirms category, availability (including on-site capacity), and scheduling requirements.
  3. You receive payment instructions by email (based on your category and any add-ons confirmed).
  4. After payment is received and verified, your registration is confirmed and you receive practical participation details.

If you are a presenting author, session scheduling will be finalised closer to the conference. Time zone considerations are taken into account for online presentations whenever possible.
