1. Focus and Scope
We publish peer-reviewed research articles that make substantial contributions to the following fields:

Manuscripts should offer novel insights, employ robust methodologies, and provide evidence with practical implications for both academia and industry.
2. Manuscript Types
We accept the following types of manuscripts:
- Original Research Articles (6,000–10,000 words)
- Review Articles (4,000–8,000 words)
- Methodological Papers (3,000–6,000 words)
- Policy Analysis Papers (4,000–8,000 words)
- Case Studies (3,000–5,000 words)
3. General Submission Requirements
- Manuscripts must be original and not under review elsewhere.
- Submissions must be in fluent English.
- All manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.docx).
- Structured abstract (250–300 words) outlining the research’s purpose, methodology, key findings, and implications.
- Provide 4–6 relevant keywords.
4. Manuscript Structure
Your manuscript must include the following sections:
- Title Page: Title, full names of authors, and affiliations.
- Abstract: Brief overview of the research.
- Introduction: Context, research question, and objectives.
- Literature Review: Summary of existing research, identifying gaps.
- Methodology: Explanation of research methods and data analysis.
- Results: Key findings.
- Discussion: Interpretation of results in the context of the research question.
- Conclusion: Summary of findings, implications, and future research suggestions.
- References: Follow APA Style for citation.
5. Figures and Tables
- Submit figures and tables as separate files.
- Ensure high resolution and sequential numbering within the manuscript.
- Reference each figure/table in the text with a title and legend (where applicable).
6. Formatting Guidelines
- Font: Use standard fonts like Times New Roman or Arial.
- Font Size: 12-point for the main text, 10-point for footnotes.
- Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
- Line Spacing: Double-spaced.
- Paragraphs: Indent the first line of each paragraph by 0.5 inches (1.27 cm).
- Page Numbers: Include page numbers starting from the title page.
7. Ethics and Conflicts of Interest

- All authors must disclose any conflicts of interest that could influence the results or interpretation of the work, including financial interests or personal relationships.
8. Plagiarism Policy
- Submissions are checked for plagiarism using tools such as Turnitin. Manuscripts with significant overlap with previously published work will be rejected.
9. Peer Review Process
- All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review, ensuring impartiality and high academic standards.
- The process includes initial editorial screening, anonymous expert review, and feedback to authors, with possible revision requests.
- If your paper is accepted for publication, you may be invited to submit an optional video abstract or Q&A session related to your research. This video will help highlight key findings and present your work in a more accessible, engaging format. The video will be linked to your article on our website, increasing visibility and offering a more dynamic way for readers to engage with your research.

- Duration: 2-3 minutes.
- Format: MP4 or MOV preferred.

10. Manuscript Evaluation Criteria

11. TIES Evaluation
Our evaluation process incorporates the Triple Impact Evaluation System (TIES), assessing research on three dimensions:
- Academic Impact: Advances theoretical knowledge and enhances academic discourse.
- Industry Impact: Practical application of research in business, management, and technology.
- Societal Impact: Contributions to policy, sustainability, and social transformation.
12. Submission Process
- Submit your manuscript through our online submission system.
- Create an account or log in to track your submission and communicate with the editorial team.
- Upon submission, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and your manuscript will be assigned to an editor for review.
- Optional Video Submission: After acceptance, you may be invited to submit an optional video abstract or Q&A session. This video content will help to present your research in a more dynamic and engaging format. You will receive further details and guidelines upon acceptance.
13. Publication Charges
- There is no submission fee.
- An Article Processing Charge (APC) applies after acceptance. Fees are waived for authors from low-income countries or under special circumstances.
14. Copyright and Licensing
- Authors retain copyright of their work but grant the journal the right of first publication under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY). This allows others to share, use, and build upon the work, provided the original authors are credited. 15. Revisions and Appeals
